Instructions for submitting online application form for Ph.D. 2026

  • 1) Click on link below "Login/Register" to apply for the Ph.D. 2026 programme.
  • 2) Before applying and paying for application fee, check the eligibility criteria for Ph.D. 2026 programme on the admission page of IIM Kashipur.
  • 3) If eligible, then click on New User Sign-Up to register and enter the details.
  • 4) Check your registered email for the activation of the registration process. Users are also requested to check the spam folder if an email is not received.
  • 5) Click on the activation link to activate your account and complete the form.
  • 6) The application fee (Non-Refundable) is as given below -

    Application fee - for all candidates Rs. 1000 Rs. 2000

    If a candidate is applying through the IIMB Test, the payment for the test has to be made separately to the IIMB following the link posted on the IIM Kashipur Ph.D. Admission page.

  • 7) Application Fees - To be paid through Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking/or UPI.
  • 8) Documents to be uploaded in the Application form-
    1. Category Certificate, if applicable
    2. Physical Disability certificate, if applicable
    3. Qualifying Test scorecard
    4. All Educational Certificates (i.e., X, XII, UG and PG, etc.)
    5. Work Experience certificates, if any.
    6. Published research articles, if any.
  • NOTE:
  • 1. If your payment fails, please wait for 2 to 3 hours for the update.
  • 2. If your payment is successful, return to the application page to complete the declaration and complete the form. Your application is not complete until you make the final submission of the form.
